A broken, protracted bureaucracyThe administrative leave timeline lacks transparency, accountability, and urgency:The referral: the ministry places a teacher on leave and refers the case to the Department of Child and Family Services. Critical Vulnerabilities AheadWith the current Commissioner of Education retiring and no successor publicly finalised, the fate of teachers currently on administrative leave hangs in the balance.
