Mr MacDonald hailed the team behind the project: “They have all ensured there has been no compromise in pursuit of delivering a beach club that is truly world class.” The Palmetto Beach Club was developed by Paris Society Consulting, Ennismore’s in-house F&B studio, which the company said was behind some of the world’s most celebrated restaurants, bars and beach clubs. The Fairmont Southampton employed about 750 workers before its closure.
