Infineon had fiscal Q3 (calendar Q2) revenue of €4.172bn for a profit of €797m, at a margin of 19.1%.
For the current quarter revenue is expected to rise by a good 13% to around €4.7bn at a margin of around 23%.
For the 2026 fiscal year, Infineon Technologies expects an adjusted free cash flow of about €1.85bn (raised from €1.65bn) and a standard free cash flow of about €0.9bn (adjusted from €1.25bn to account for the ams OSRAM sensor portfolio acquisition).
Q3 FY2026 free cash flow reached €599m.
“Infineon concluded the third quarter of the 2026 fiscal year with record revenue and continues its growth trajectory,” said CEO Jochen Hanebeck (pictured).
