Suffolk police said they were called to an the crash on Priory Road, near the A1071 in Hintlesham at 10.27am this morning. A spokesman confirmed a cyclist had been injured following the crash. The road was blocked while the incident was dealt with. A spokesman for the East of England Ambulance Service said: "We were called just before 10.20am with reports of a road traffic collision on Priory Road, Hintlesham involving a cyclist and an ambulance. The ambulance crew assessed the cyclist at the scene, and transported them to Ipswich Hospital for further care."
