The fayre will be held on Friday, August 28, running from 10am to 2pm at the church in Chapel Street. A spokesperson said: "The main thing to remember about the Cam Methodist Church Summer Fayre is that it is on Friday, August 28, not the Saturday, as is more usual." Visitors can expect a classic mix of stalls and activities, including cakes, crafts, books, jigsaws and bric‑a‑brac for sale. There will also be a children’s colouring table to keep younger guests entertained, and refreshments will be available, with donations welcome. All money raised will go towards much‑needed repairs to the church roof, helping to safeguard the building for future worshippers and community users.
