Lithia Driveway, the US listed parent of Lithia UK, saw gross profits across its UK, UK and Canadian businesses rise 0.8% to $2.9bn on turnover up 1.6% to $19.06bn in the first half of 2026. In June it announced that it had acquired three Land Rover sites from Group 1 Automotive. The deal saw the sites in Derby, Chester and Preston transition into the Lithia UK network. In March Lithia UK acquired four stores from Read Motor Group on Friday 6 March. The purchase saw Lithia UK acquire its first Omeda Jaecoo store and four Land Rover new car sales sites.
