Travellers who are using KL International Airport (KLIA) Terminal 1 can now expect new additions to their e-hailing experience. This is due to several new features that have been deployed at the e-hailing pickup area at Level 1 of the airport’s Main Terminal Building, according to Malaysia Airports. Among them includes Passenger Information Display System (PIDS), that showed the live arrival time of customers’ e-hailing vehicles. In the same announcement, Malaysia Airports also said that every e-hailing vehicle that entered the e-hailing pickup area at KLIA Terminal 1 has to pay an entry fee of RM3. Malaysia Airports also said that e-hailing vehicles continue to have 10 minutes of waiting time at the kerbside pickup area.
