A heavily armed man was arrested at President Donald Trump’s golf course in Los Angeles days before his Tuesday fundraiser there, authorities said. The deputies also discovered that Taele was under investigation for robbery by the El Segundo Police Department, the sheriff’s office said. Trump was aboard Air Force One on his way to speak at a Republican National Committee fundraiser at the golf course when authorities first announced the arrest Tuesday afternoon. The FBI’s Joint Terrorism Task Force and the Secret Service are investigating, but authorities have determined there is “no credible threat,” the sheriff’s office said. The Secret Service did not immediately respond to a request for comment.
