KYIV – At least 15 people were killed and 27 others injured in a massive Russian missile and drone attack on Ukraine’s capital, Kyiv, the international media reported on Wednesday. The city was rocked by more than 30 explosions overnight as Russian strikes triggered fires across several parts of the capital. Ukraine’s Air Force said Russia launched 28 high-speed missiles, including ballistic missiles, along with 115 drones during the attack. The latest attack comes as the Russia-Ukraine war continues to escalate, with both sides carrying out increasingly intense and wide-ranging strikes. In the separate attacks in recent days, at least 14 people were killed, including nine in Russia and five in Ukraine.
