Anderson Strathern has appointed trusts and private wealth disputes specialist Sarah-Jane Macdonald as a partner within its dispute resolution team. Ms Macdonald will bring more than a decade of experience working in contentious trusts and estates. She will be working with the firm’s existing disputes team, advising family members, beneficiaries, executors and trustees on complex trusts and estates matters. Anderson Strathern chairwoman Carole Tomlinson said Ms Macdonald had an “excellent reputation” in contentious trusts and estates and brought “considerable technical knowledge and experience” to the firm.
