Building Design Northern (BDN) will relocate later this year to Commercial Road, part of the £15 million Eastgate Point scheme in Hendon. "But moving into Eastgate Point isn't simply about needing more space. The Eastgate Point development is a 125,000 sq ft commercial site on the former Littlewoods site in Hendon. Mr Marsden said: "Old Simpson Street School has been a fantastic home for us and we've enjoyed being part of its story. The company has delivered high-profile schemes such as the award-winning Sheepfolds Stables and now Eastgate Point.
