Bhubaneswar: President Droupadi Murmu on Wednesday concluded her three-day visit to Odisha and returned to New Delhi after attending several important programmes during her tour. Before travelling to Bhubaneswar by a special train and boarding an aircraft from there, the President offered prayers at a Shiva temple in Ganjam district, marking the final engagement of her visit to the state. After her departure from the Army Air Defence College, the president offered prayers at a nearby Shiva temple. Elaborate security arrangements were made at Bhubaneswar and Brrhmapur railway stations for the president’s visit, Ganjam Collector Keerthi Vasan V said. During her three-day visit, Murmu inaugurated Jagadguru Kripalu University in Kataka district and visited Brahmapur, where she offered prayers at the tribal shrine of Maa Kandhuni Devi and a Shiva temple at Taptapani.
