Ethos Farm has appointed former Bacardi executive David Hughes as Non-Executive Director as it continues its international expansion. During his time with the spirits company, he also held the role of European Director for Global Travel Retail, leading the Global Brand Advocacy Programme. The appointment comes as Ethos Farm continues its growth, having featured in the Sunday Times 100 list of Britain’s Fastest Growing Private Companies for the past three years. Hughes said: “I am delighted to be joining Ethos Farm at such an exciting stage in its journey. Based between London and Stockholm, Hughes will support the growth of the wider Ethos Farm group, including Ethos Farm Americas, alongside the consultancy’s expanding operations in the Middle East and Asia.
