In an update to its more than 3.6 million members, AustralianSuper said it was increasing the administration for the first time since 2022. AustralianSuper deputy chief executive Rose Kerlin said the higher fees would help the fund provide simpler, safe and more personalised experiences for members. This study was based on 20 major super fund call centres, with overall customer service found to be inconsistent, unclear and often short of basic expectations. No super fund in the study performed well.
