INDIANAPOLIS (WRTV) — Three men are dead and two others are injured after an SUV ran a red light and slammed into a car early Wednesday on the city's north side. The crash happened just before 3 a.m. Wednesday at the intersection of 86th and Meridian streets. Police said an SUV traveling through the intersection ran a red light and hit a car traveling east on 86th Street. Forrest Coffee Jr., 32, who was driving the car, and Dashawn Williams, 24, a passenger in the SUV, died at the scene. Medics took two other men from the SUV to hospitals.
