Among the blocked roads, Mandi district accounted for 51, followed by Sirmaur (39), Kullu (36) and Shimla (15). While the number of blocked roads showed a slight improvement from 157 reported earlier in the day, it remained significantly higher than the 109 roads blocked on Monday evening. Water supply infrastructure suffered fresh damage as well. The adverse weather impacted several districts, including Mandi, Sirmaur, Shimla, Kullu, Chamba, Kangra, Hamirpur and Una. Authorities said restoration efforts are continuing on a war footing to reopen roads, restore electricity and repair damaged water supply infrastructure.
