The report also concluded that the change of use would not have a negative effect on neighbouring properties. The property benefits from off-street parking, and the planning report stated there would be no expected increase in parking demand as a result of the change of use. The new dwelling must be used as a permanent primary residence and not as a second home or for holiday letting.
