Councillor Kay Hyland visited the Furness Ability and Sleep Hub, formerly Stitchability, at Walney Community Centre last month. Cllr Hyland said: "It was wonderful to see how the Furness Ability and Sleep Hub has evolved into such an inspiring community resource. "The creativity, enthusiasm and support on offer are truly remarkable, and I encourage everyone to visit and see the fantastic work for themselves." The hub also creates bespoke products to order, including printed T-shirts, mugs, keyrings, aprons, and other personalised gifts. In addition to its creative activities, the hub now provides a Behavioural Sleep Support Service, offering one-to-one interventions and workshops to support individuals and families.
