The Cardiac Risk in the Young (CRY) screenings were held across July 25 and 26 at the Alfred Barrow Medical Centre through the continued work of local mother Lesley Mease.
Kade said: "These screenings can help identify any underlying heart conditions and potentially save lives.
A grant from Barrow Town Council was added to the fundraising from TransformationUnit 247 towards the overall cost of the event.
"Barrow Town Council is proud to have supported this initiative and thanks everyone involved in making the day such a success.
"If you would like to help CRY continue delivering these vital screening sessions, additional charitable donations can be made by contacting townclerk@barrowtowncouncil.gov.uk."
