George Evans, an apprentice greenkeeper from the Black Country, completed a gruelling 100-hole challenge for Prostate Cancer UK alongside colleague Sean Gill.
Mr Evans said: "I’ve been aware of the impact of prostate cancer from an early age and wanted to do something to help.
Over the course of the day, the duo completed more than 60,000 steps, covered 42 miles and took 400 shots each to complete the challenge.
"A lot of people say they want to help, but we are really pleased to have risen to the challenge.
Prostate cancer affects one in eight men during their lifetime and is the only major cancer without a national screening programme.
