July 30: Today, Xenoblade Chronicles 2’s new Nintendo Switch 2 Edition officially released, and while it’s a huge technological upgrade over the original Switch version, it’s not perfect. However, Enel on Twitter originally discovered that the Nintendo Switch 2 Edition sometimes wipes your third accessory slot. Xenoblade Chronicles 2 – Nintendo Switch 2 Edition is now available worldwide. August 5: Nintendo has now acknowledged the issues with Xenoblade Chronicles 2 – Nintendo Switch 2 Edition, and has promised an upcoming update to remedy these bugs. We have received multiple inquiries regarding the issue in Xenoblade Chronicles 2 – Nintendo Switch 2 Edition where the accessory equipment slots are reduced from 3 slots to 2 slots.
