The new short-term lets would be created on the upper floors of 6 Ardross Terrace, and accessed via the arched door (second from right). Mars Commercial Property Holdings has applied for alterations and a change of use at 6 Ardross Terrace in Inverness, with the intention of forming five short-term lets. If approved, the first and second floors would be converted to form three apartments and two apartments respectively. The upper floors would also have become short-term lets under that proposal. Although that was approved, the river-facing side of the ground floor remained zoned for office space, and the upper floors that could now become short-term lets remained untouched.
