Jack Friel wins the McMenamin PlateThe Barton Cup weekend was given a makeover this year and our competitions secretaries Ryan McGettigan and Shane Sandilands deserve commendation for making it a very successful two days of golf. The McMenamin Plate, donated to the club by the late Paid McMenamin, is played as the day one qualifier for 32 Barton Cup places, with the overall Sunday winner of the stroke play event claiming the McMenamin Plate, which was originally played for the first round losers in the Barton Cup.
