An Ohio father has been charged with felony assault after authorities say he shot a 20-year-old man he believed had sexually assaulted his 11-year-old daughter. Police said Malik Chandler, 31, lured Diego Montoya Gonzalez back to his home in Grove City, Ohio, by pretending to be his daughter on TikTok. According to prosecutors, Chandler’s actions came after the girl’s mother discovered a video on her daughter’s phone that allegedly showed Montoya Gonzalez assaulting the child at their home. The following day, Chandler reportedly used the social media account to arrange a meeting with Gonzalez at the property. He told authorities he then picked up his own firearm and shot him twice.
