While much of the focus on Compass International Holdings’ acquisition of Anywhere Real Estate has been devoted to how the merger impacts Compass’s market share, it has also had a significant impact on the firm’s financial performance. According to the company’s second quarter 2026 financial results published on Tuesday, Compass International Holdings generated $4.3 billion more than double its Q2 2025 revenue of $2.06 billion, which the company attributed to its Anywhere acquisition, which closed in early January of this year. In addition to revenue growth, Compass International Holdings also reported a net income of $92 million, up from $39 million a year ago. This increase comes as the firm reported a 109.5% annual increase in closed transactions to 153,009 transactions in Q2 2026. Since launching at the end of Q1 2026, Compass said its agents have received more than 60,000 leads from Rocket-Redfin.
