Suspect in NAEC break-ins picks up additional charges, has 17 previous felony arrests

One of the suspects in the break-ins at North Arkansas Electric Cooperative (NAEC) in Mountain Home last month has picked up additional charges.
Forty-three-year-old James Patrick Lally of Mountain Home faces five more felony charges as the investigation continues.
He has 17 previous felony arrests in Arkansas.
During the break-ins at NAEC July 18 and 19, investigators had developed Lally and Kevin Beck as suspects.
The new charges for Lally include three counts of breaking or entering a vehicle and one count each of commercial burglary and theft of property.
