In the notice, Harish Rao alleged that the remarks were made with political motives to damage his personal and political reputation. The notice also referred to similar legal notices already issued to Congress leaders Addanki Dayakar and Sama Ram Mohan Reddy over alleged baseless remarks against Harish Rao.
