ISODEC asks for transparency in Big Push projects and IMF pactThe Integrated Social Development Centre (ISODEC) has urged the Ghana government to publish details of all Big Push projects to strengthen transparency and public accountability.
The Centre also called for a public parliamentary hearing on the proposed International Monetary Fund (IMF) Policy Coordination Instrument (PCI) before its ratification.
It called on the Government to immediately publish a disaggregated list of all Big Push projects, including contracts awarded and clear implementation timelines, to ensure public accountability.
ISODEC also urged Parliament to hold a public hearing on the terms of the proposed PCI before its ratification.
It said the planned transition from the IMF Extended Credit Facility to a new PCI was proceeding without parliamentary review.
