Breckenridge staff have proposed a tenfold increase to the town’s delivery zone permit fees. In 2025, the town issued 30 delivery zone permits and collected $750 in revenue. Proposed changes would overhaul permits and enforcementIf town council approves the proposed changes , delivery zone permits would no longer be issued based on individual license plates. Currently, 17 vendors participate in e-delivery, while the town has 30 active delivery zone permits, nine of which belong to distributors. Mayor Kelly Owens suggested town staff work with Breckenridge’s small business group to collaborate on any code alterations.
