One crash that caused havoc was a breakdown blocking the centre lane at Manning Road, Leach Highway eastbound. Main Roads WA reported it at 5.45pm and advised that the traffic was slow on approach. There was also a crash reported at around 4.30pm on Leach Highway Eastbound at fifth avenue Shelley.
