According to the Mille Lacs Tribal Police, the body of an 82-year-old Onamia man who was reported missing on Tuesday, August 5 was located. Louis Jerome Mason, Sr., was last seen early in the morning on August 3 leaving Grand Casino Mille Lacs as he drove southbound on Highway 169. He was last seen driving a 2017 black Ford Expedition with a Minnesota license plate, GSS136. The Midwest Medical Examiner’s Office positively identified the body as Louis Mason on August 5. The alert for a missing person is canceled.
