Hallmark Terrace mobile home park held their inaugural "National Night Out" celebration which featured visits from the local sheriff and fire departments, free food and games on Tuesday, Aug. 4, 2026, in Rochester.
"National Night Out" aims to highlight that manufactured home communities provide not only attainable home ownership, but also vibrant, close-knit neighborhoods.
