ROCHESTER – Following months of discussion, the Rochester School Board approved on Tuesday a large-scale portfolio of changes to its facilities that will affect multiple schools and programs. Per the plan, the students from Churchill will move into the building that houses Hoover, creating one K-5 school. Both of those programs are currently housed in the former Friedell Middle School, which the district eventually plans to sell.
