'Traumatic' parking shortage robbing retired residents of independence

Residents say the shortage leaves them afraid to go out in case they lose their space.
Within the parking spaces, four are allocated for disabled spaces, and four are for electric cars.
Parking spaces are also used by staff, carers, tradespeople and visitors, adding to the pressure.
They also questioned the layout of the disabled parking spaces, which appear to be far from the main entrance, with regular spaces much closer.
