Share this story:A supervisor at a private Mennonite school in northern Alberta has been charged with assault with a weapon after RCMP say a boy was disciplined with a belt. Eva Bueckert, 37 of Cleardale, is scheduled to appear in the Alberta Court of Justice in Fort Vermilion on Aug. 11. RCMP say a parent reported the incident to Fort Vermilion RCMP on May 20. The Western Alberta District General Investigation Section then took over the case, officers searched the school and seized a machine belt and related documents.
