EMBER at The Chandlers Arms will welcome customers in the village of Epwell from August 26, featuring live-fire cooking and a range of craft beers. Spearheaded by co-founders Matty Cartwright of EMBER and Harry Flockhart of The Chandlers Arms, the new venture will combine locally sourced ingredients with a unique American barbecue twist. The menu will rotate, offering items such as Smoked Apple Cobbler Pork Belly, Smoked Beef Cheek Massaman, and the signature Ember Burger. Meanwhile, the cocktail menu will exclusively feature spirits from Cotswolds Distillery, and a variety of wines and spirits from around the world will also be available. EMBER at The Chandlers Arms will be open Wednesday and Thursday from 5pm to 10pm, Friday and Saturday from midday to 3pm and 5pm to 11pm, and Sunday from midday to 6pm.
