In comparison, London Victoria was found to have the best toilets in the capital, with 23% of reviews being negative. Bathroom facilities at Waterloo and Liverpool Street stations, in general, had similarly high numbers of negative reviews – with both scoring 52%. The Eurostar terminal at London St Pancras International, meanwhile, had 39% negative reviews, but King's Cross had fewer at just 32%. Approximately 65% of all negative toilet reviews stemmed from this source. Stations in Milan, Glasgow and Manchester were all found to have worse toilets than the mainline London stations, the researchers at Dark Horse said.
