Rosie Bulman, 38, of Scaurbank Road in Carlisle, has pleaded not guilty to a charge of driving a motor vehicle while above the legal alcohol limit. The alleged offence relates to an incident on Bower Street in Carlisle on March 26 this year. It is claimed she was driving an Audi R8 with a blood alcohol reading of 235 milligrammes of alcohol per 100 millilitres of blood. Bulman entered her plea of not guilty at Carlisle Magistrates’ Court on July 28. A case management hearing is scheduled to take place at Carlisle Magistrates' Court on September 15 at 2pm.
