The day brought brilliant weather, fantastic exhibits, wonderful livestock and a great turnout, capped by Team Gorman’s Clydesdale being crowned Overall Champion of Gilsland Show 2026 – a well‑deserved “Champion of Champions” title. One organiser, posting on social media afterwards, said: “What an incredible day we had at Gilsland Show, with brilliant weather, fantastic exhibits, wonderful livestock, and a great turnout. It was fantastic to see so many people enjoying everything the show had to offer. Your hard work and support are what make Gilsland Show possible.
