Patients’ experience of contacting the practice is equally positive, with 98 per cent describing their most recent contact as good. Nearly all of those – 98 per cent – said it was “very good”, far above the ICS (76 per cent good) and national (73 per cent good) scores. Most Glenridding patients – 89 per cent – said they were told what would happen “there and then”, again well above wider averages.
