Ambleside Traditional Sports returned to Rydal park on Thursday, July 30 and featured a range of classic competitions for spectators to enjoy. (Image: Ambleside Traditional Sports)This year, 145 juniors took part in the guides races, with the Under-17 competition won by Angus Millar of Ripon Runners (15.08) and the first U17 girl being Isla Jebb of Helm Hill (18.24). First boy in the Under-nine race was Thomas Bell and first Under-Nine girl was Harlie Bradley of Keighley and Craven.
