Group revenue increased by 8pc to £2.562 billion, while adjusted operating profit increased by 21pc to £111.5 million.
“While the private housing market remains affected by economic uncertainty, demand from our public sector partners remains strong," he said.
Ongoing schemes include 60 homes at All Saints Green in Stradbroke, 200 at Bowlers Green in Hopton-on-Sea and 354 at Briarswood in Harleston.
