Ipswich-based the Hearing Care Centre - which operates 10 clinics in towns including Ipswich and Norwich - is now known as House of Hearing. The change unites the clinics under a single name which forms part of a larger national network of independent hearing care providers. Ipswich audiologist Karen Finch - who founded Hearing Care Centre 1998 - sold the business in 2020. The demand for specialist hearing care remains high in the region. Kirsty Goldsack, practice manager at House of Hearing Ipswich, said: "We see every day how much of a difference the right hearing care can make – not just to someone’s hearing, but to their confidence and relationships with those around them.
