Commission Chairman Bill Novotny discussed the first, which is two seats on the Johnson County Library Board. Appointed were Terry Urruty and Kristan Haugan. The second is a seat on the Jim Gatchell Museum Board. Maxwell was appointed to the Gatchell Museum Board. All the appointees will serve three-year terms on the boards.
