Rossetti House, operated by Care UK, will host a global food festival on Friday, August 7, from 2.30pm to 4.30pm as part of its 'A Taste of Home' initiative. Phil Vale, home manager at Rossetti House, said the event is designed to bring people together in the spirit of food and community. He said: "We’re delighted to be hosting our very own food festival. The food festival is one of many events taking place across the country as part of Care UK’s 'A Taste of Home' initiative, which will see various Care UK homes host foodie-themed celebrations and showcase what life in a care home is really like.
