Cuchulainn Cycling Club have now finalised plans for this Year’s Sarah Fagan Women’s Lap of Louth which will take place on Sunday 16th August 2026. Formerly known as ‘The Women’s Lap of Louth’, in 2023 the sportive was renamed the ‘Sarah Fagan Women’s Lap of Louth’ in memory of Sarah and the tremendous impact she had on women in sport. In 2023 Cuchulainn CC was greatly saddened to lose one of its stalwart members Sarah Fagan. This initiative is designed to attract more women into sport and to encourage women to enjoy the social and health benefits sporting activities provide. Women’s Aid Dundalk provides a vital service to those affected by domestic violence.
