A Ridgeway woman was injured Tuesday night after her car struck a deer on Interstate 35 in Harrison County. The Missouri State Highway Patrol reported the crash occurred at approximately 8:30 p.m. Tuesday, August 4, on northbound Interstate 35 at the 89.4-mile marker, about three miles south of Bethany. According to the patrol, a 2019 Toyota Camry was traveling northbound when it struck a deer. The 60-year-old woman from Ridgeway was wearing a seat belt at the time of the crash, according to the patrol. She sustained minor injuries and was transported by North Missouri EMS to Harrison County Community Hospital for treatment.
