Four indicted in Missouri on federal illegal re-entry charges

Four foreign nationals were indicted this week by a federal grand jury in separate cases alleging they illegally re-entered the United States after previously being deported.
According to the indictment, authorities found Mejia-Valledares voluntarily present in the United States on July 27, 2026.
A second indictment charges 31-year-old Honduran national Fredy Rolando Rivera-Gonzalez with one count of illegal re-entry by an alien.
A federal grand jury also indicted 25-year-old Guatemalan national Yalex Rodas-Rodas on charges of illegal re-entry after deportation following a prior aggravated felony conviction.
A fourth indictment charges 32-year-old Mexican national Lorenzo Castillo-Rivera with illegal re-entry into the United States after deportation.
