An Ohio man has been sentenced to more than 13 years in federal prison for coercing a Missouri minor into sexual activity. According to court records, Crum first contacted the minor in 2021 through an online gaming platform when the child was 14 years old. Prosecutors said Crum began traveling to Missouri in February 2024 to engage in sexual acts with the minor after the child reached the age of 16. The Federal Bureau of Investigation received an anonymous tip in October 2024 indicating Crum intended to return to Missouri. When they are convicted in federal court, there is no parole.”
