Monaco striker, Folarin Balogun, has been offered to Tottenham Hotspur via intermediaries, the UK Sun reports. And the American striker could find himself playing in the Premier League again. Balogun had a 15-year association with Arsenal, coming through their academy before making a handful of first team appearances. He was at the centre of controversy during the 2026 World Cup after his red card was rescinded. If he makes the move back to North London, Balogun would provide competition for Dominic Solanke.
